Our next project is going to be a photo book of things around the house from A to Z. M is for Maddy, of course! M is also for Marc. I am trying to respect his privacy a little bit, it's one thing to write about your own life, it's different if you drag another person into it. I would hate to find out I embarrassed him, even a little bit. Maddy doesn't have a choice, until she is old enough to figure out what I have been doing.
X, if I don't have a xylophone, what else can I use for X?

I love that picture of Maddy, the angle is great!
I like the A-Z book! Tonight before bedtime Jordan and I read a First 100 Words book that my dad bought him when he was still about 6 months old I would say. The last time we read it he was still not sure of all the words, but tonight he was rattling them off like crazy. It is so amazing how much he changes and how much he learns every day. I was home sick today and I think Jordan has caught my cold, too. It was fun to snuggle with him today because he is usually on the go so much.
Okay...x, x, x. x-ray would be the next one that comes to mind, not sure how you would do that, maybe a skeleton from Halloween? Otherwise you could go for something excellent or extra or extremely...oooh, what about exercise?? She could do a jumping jack or something?
X words... that's a good challenge. Well, since I'm probably the only nerd in the world with the Xanadu soundtrack on her ipod, I won't suggest that. Hmmm, Xanax? Heehee, okay maybe not. If you have a book that has Roman Numeral pages in it, you're home free! Well, if there are at least ten of them anyway. X-chromosome. We all have at least one of those. Alright now I'm just grasping at straws. Here's hoping you have a xylophone. ;-)
