Kohl Children's Museum

Yesterday we spent two hours in the morning visiting the Kohl Children's Museum, aka The Mad House. It is always crazy busy in there and for adults, it's sort of like standing in a long line for two hours. I actually think this is what it's like for guys shopping with their gals. The gals are totally into the shopping, looking, touching, enjoying everything, and the poor guys just stand there. Anyhow, we had a nice time and I have a few pictures to share.

Marc and Maddy play in the boat. I think you concentrate better with your tongue sticking out.

Dr. Maddy, paging Dr. Maddy! Dr. Maddy, is tending to a stuffed dog in need of doctoring. This is one of Maddy's favorite areas, the stethoscope, the spray bottle (empty), the jacket, the little examining table, way too much fun.

Mommy and Maddy play in the music room. Notice the blue shirt instead of the white shirt above? That's because they have a WATER ROOM. Mommy caught on to the need to bring dry clothes for post water room wear. Now, if I can just remember to get them out of the plastic bag and into the washer before they get funky...

After the museum we treated our very tired and hungry selves to lunch at Pita Inn. Chicken Schwarma, mmmm, chicken schwarma.

Fun! You are brave for visiting Kohl's on a weekend. Chad and I took Jordan for the first time over spring break...it was a madhouse. Jordan was a little bit too little to really enjoy it. I think now he would like it more...and even more when he's Maddy's age. We definitely loved how you don't have to worry about him breaking anything. You just have to make sure you watch him and don't lose him!
