Tip o' the hat to Chad for a wonderful night of rollerskating in the school gym! It is great fun to get together family style and include the little ones in the action. This little one of mine is done! She had a great time and even learned a few new dance moves. Many thanks!

I love it!! It was so fun to see all the kiddos playing.
I love to see Maddy and Jordan play. Jordan was super tired and fell asleep right away on the way home. I was happy he wasn't too cranky while we were there even though it was way past his bedtime. I used to be really adamant about making sure he was in his own bed at exactly his bedtime, but now I'm more flexible...as long as we go back to his routine, one late night is okay.
I've also come to terms with the fact that he's gonna get dirty. I have a friend who would take off her sons' shirts when they were going to do anything crafty and possibly get messy. Now I do that even when he's gonna eat something messy like yogurt that he gets all over himself. He loves using a spoon to feed himself, why should I stop him from doing that if he wants? Eventually he'll learn to be more efficient with a spoon...but not without practice. Besides, everything washes off of skin!
WHAT!!!??? Oh I'm so sad I missed it! That was so much fun last year. I'm glad you guys had a good time!
