Book Fair
Maddy and I were surprise guest readers at the Book Fair for my school. By surprise, I mean it wasn't planned and I filled in for the sick principal. We did a co-reading of Pinkalicious. Maddy knows the story so well I can read a part then stop and she can finish the sentence. Maddy did a great job.

Ah, darling picture. Wipe a tear, I miss BB so much sometimes. How fun that you got to be a guest reader! I'm sure the kids loved seeing you and your darling daughter again!
Fun! I asked Chad about it...he forgot to remind me it was last weekend. I have been in a serious book-buying drought. The Scholastic book fair is coming up either next week or the week after and I'm so there. I finally re-organized all my books in my middle school office yesterday and I realized I don't have nearly enough bio/autiobios or poetry so I'll be on the lookout for those!
