Yesterday:
Maddy and Mommy: getting ready to head out to the water park while Marc attends his on-line class from home.
Me: We're going now.
Maddy (with her hand stuck out): We need some bucks!
Marc: Opens his wallet and hands her some "bucks".
I think I just saw a flash of our future.
This morning:
6:30 A.M., Maddy opens our bedroom door, walks in quietly and turns on the light.
Maddy: Hey you two!
