Marc here, guest blogging at Kathy's request. Maddy's summer camp has finally arrived. This week she and I are attending Art Camp and having a great time.
We enjoy story time while having snacks. She always sits right in front of her teacher and pays the most impressive attention to every word.
Today we walked through the sensory garden. We smelled rose scented geraniums, lemon scented asters, and peppermint fuzzy plants that I can't remember the name of.
And during art time we have a collection of activities we can try, and Maddy tries them all, some more than once! Here she is playing in the moon sand looking for buried treasures.
Next week is Science camp! Kathy goes with her next week. I hope her science teacher is as great as Ms. Laura, the art teacher.

Fun! That camp looks like a lot of fun! Don't you love Moon Sand! It rocks! Our neighbor across the street had it and Jordan liked it so much we bought some.
Chad has read two books lately and I asked him if he wanted to be a guest blogger but he didn't seem thrilled by the idea. Go Marc!
Hi Jen
I really do like the moon sand. Where did you buy some? I want to get some for Maddy.
I think Chad could get hooked on guest blogging. He has a lot of interesting opinions and I think it would be cool to hear from him! Go Chad!
Marc you are a great blogger! You are a sweet husband to blog once in awhile, I don't think Mike would ever blog.
Maddy is already the best student! She looks so cute and attentive in that first picture.
I'm going to have to get me some Moon Sand. Sounds awesome!
