The week 2 assignment in Kitchen Cure 2010 is to clean out kitchen tools, de-clutter and reorganize. This would include everything from strainers to wooden spoons to small appliances.
Are you with me on this one? The task calls for separating out everything into three piles: 1) use all the time, 2) use some of the time, 3) never use. Group #1 goes back into wiped down cabinets, Group #2 might go in the back of other things or in the cabinet above the fridge- the hard to reach spots. You can guess what happens to group #3- sell, give or throw away. Ouch, that's going to be hard. I might not be getting rid of much, but I will clean everything up and organize it.
