Poor Maddy. She was really sick this morning. She was up every two hours last night. I called first thing this morning to make her a doctor's appointment since she is rarely sick like this. I thought maybe it was an ear infection.
She threw up in the car.
The doctor checked her ears, they were perfect, but it looks like she has the Hand, Foot and Mouth virus. It's super disgusting involving blisters in your mouth and possibly hands and feet. It's super contagious, you can get it just about anywhere, there is no hiding from it. Finally, we (meaning all adults) have probably all had it already. Super fun.
When Marc got home from school (first day) she said to him,
"Daddy, the doctor said I have a foot in my mouth."
Get in line girlfriend, I happen to be the queen of the "foot in mouth" club.
