Dinner

We ate the whole thing. The recipe for the pizza dough is from my new favorite bread book, Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day. It was crisp on the bottom, crunchy on the edges and chewy in the middle. Yum. We ate the whole thing. I really liked the other pizza dough I was making, but this makes 4 batches at once, and it's easy.

I returned the library's copy of the book and bought my own. I can't wait to try more!
