I am way behind on my posts from the weekend! I can't believe it is Wednesday night already.
Maddy has an Uncle Eric who is a technical director for a high school drama program. That means he designs and builds sets, designs the lighting and addresses the sound. We went to visit the spring production of Seussical the Musical. What made this performance extra special was that after the show Maddy received a backstage tour from a nice young lady named Claire.

Clarie walked Maddy all over the set, backstage, through the props, talked to the actors, and Maddy loved every minute of it. Today as she was painting I heard her sing, "A person's a person, no matter how small." Marc downloaded the whole soundtrack and we have been listening to it all evening.

Cute!!!! We have been talking about taking Jordan to a play and haven't done it yet. I love the Marriott but am un-enamored with their play selections lately. I want something Disney-ish that Jordan would really like, but not HSM! Maybe we'll check out the one in the city you went to with Maddy. So much fun!
