On Sunday we went to Target for their Dr. Seuss read-aloud. I was surprised there were only 4 kids there, I was expecting 30-40 kids! Target did such a nice job providing treats and goodies for the kids. The target employees who did the reading did a nice job. Maddy really liked the young lady in the picture with the multiple piercings, including her tongue. Can you imagine reading Dr. Seuss with a pierced tongue? It's hard enough to read those stories with a normal tongue!Yesterday we made a Who-ville on a clover, just like the one Horton works so hard to save in Horton Hears a Who.
Last year Marc found some great Seuss audio books in iTunes read by Kelsey Grammer, David Hyde Pierce and Dustin Hoffman, they are awesome. We have them on the iPod and they make great stories to listen to in the car.

Fun! I saw that they did a story time at Barnes and Noble during the day yesterday...but we missed it. I love Dr. Seuss. My favorite is The Lorax, I think that is such a great story. The Who-ville craft looks cute!
I seriously love Dr. Seuss books. They are so fun to read.
