Chuck-E-Cheese

To round out the full week of celebrations for Maddy (because one party is never enough) we ventured to a Chuck-E-Cheese in the city for the birthday finale with Grandpa.
I'm pretty sure every kid in a 10 mile radius with a birthday was there. It was crowded, and snowing outside, and crazy inside. Some parents look after their kids to make sure they behave. I'm convinced other parents are in the parking lot, maybe not even that close.

Maddy loved it, of course, she always does. She had a visit from Chuck E., and she had a wonderful time with Grandpa and Elyse. They were such troopers to go there for her, and I really do think they had some fun. It's the kind of place where you just put on your blinders, watch and play with your own kid and whatever you do, don't look around the room. And use lots of magic soap, also known as hand sanitizer.
